Information collected is used only to schedule and deliver coaching sessions, process payment, and understand basic site traffic. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses cookies associated with Google Ads conversion tracking and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality, including the embedded booking calendar.
Scheduling and payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling, which has its own privacy policy governing how it processes your data. Advertising data is handled per Google's privacy policy and LinkedIn's privacy policy.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. All sessions and packages must be paid in full before a session is confirmed. No sessions will be held on an invoiced or "pay later" basis.
The Intro/Strategy Call is free of charge. No payment method is required to book.
All sessions included in the Focused Sprint (4 sessions) and Complete Engagement (8 sessions) packages must be scheduled and completed within 180 days of purchase. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued for expired sessions. Extensions may be granted at the coach's discretion in cases of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency).
Clients may reschedule any session with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are not accommodated and will forfeit that session per the Cancellations & No-Shows policy below.
Payments are non-refundable once a package is purchased. Unused sessions may be canceled for a refund only if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before the first session has taken place. After the first session, packages are non-refundable but remain valid for use (subject to the 180-day window above).
Information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, including any current or former employer of the client or coach.
